1. What do I need to bring when boarding my dog?

All you need to bring is your dog’s food! We recommend keeping them on their regular diet to avoid stomach upset. We provide cozy bedding, toys, and everything else they need to feel right at home. If your dog has any special items or medications, you’re welcome to bring those too.

2. What vaccinations are required?

For the safety of all our guests, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations for Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP. We recommend providing vaccination records at least 48 hours before your dog’s first visit.

3. Can I check on my dog during their stay?

Absolutely! We understand how important it is to know your dog is happy and comfortable. That’s why we offer regular updates, including photos and videos, so you can see how much fun they’re having with us.

4. Do you offer any discounts for multi-dog families or extended stays?

Yes, we offer discounts for families with multiple dogs as well as for extended stays. Contact us directly for details on pricing options for your specific needs.

5. My dog doesn't get along well with other dogs. Can they still stay at Our Dog House?

Yes! We offer solo play options for dogs who prefer human companionship over socializing with other dogs. Our team is experienced in creating safe, enjoyable experiences for dogs of all temperaments.

6. What if my dog needs medication?

No problem – our team is trained to administer medications as needed. Just provide clear instructions, and we’ll make sure your dog’s medical needs are met during their stay.

7. How often will my dog be taken outside?

All dogs in our care enjoy regular outdoor time, whether they’re here for daycare or boarding. Dogs in daycare have indoor-outdoor play access, and boarding dogs receive regular outdoor breaks throughout the day.

8. Is there always someone with the dogs?

Yes, we’re on-site 24/7! Even after regular lobby hours, our team is here to provide round-the-clock supervision and care for every dog in our facility.

9. Can I schedule a grooming session during my dog's stay?

Absolutely! We offer grooming services that can be scheduled during your dog’s boarding stay or daycare visit.
